I was looking for someone to complete some work at my property.  He arrived a few days before and looked at the work.  I spent 2 hours explaining to him how to screw some vinyl shutters -- he still didn't get it!  I was desperate for someone to do the work and figured he'd got it by then.  He said he would come in the morning and never showed up.  I left him a message and called a number of times with no answer.  He showed up at my house at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and was trying to drill a hole in the brick with my tools!!  He had none of his own.  I had told him I hired someone else and he said I owed him 150 dollars!!  This was for attempting to drill 2 holes!!  He is a scam.  There are some serious psychological concerns regarding his demeanor and behavior.  I would seriously not recommend him to anyone.  He is unskilled, not competent, and unprofessional.
