They were very courteous over the phone and setup an appointment later the same day, even though this was not an urgent call.
I received a call back about 10 minutes later and the tech stated that he was passing through my area and could handle it immediately.
Within 10 more minutes, he was here and working.  
The tech was very courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete.
Bottom line:  From the time I placed the call until the service was completed, less than 1 hour and TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!
I would highly recommend G & C Sewer Service to anyone and everyone in the area.
