They came out right away when I needed them. I think their prices are too high.

They could lower their prices. We had some trouble with the picture being very pixelated. He put some kind of a signal amplifier in, and that took care of most of the problem, but it didn't eliminate the problem.

They could have done differently primarily on the price at this point and also the quality of the service that I get.

The quality is fine, I think the cost is terrible. I called them probably last fall and the first guy told me that if I get a home phone, he could give me a deal where the price is cheaper. I got my bill and it was $10 higher than my original bill. I called them again, and the guy drafted $10 and so I am where I started from and so their program doesn't work for. He said he was sorry but I am locked into the contract, so I was very upset with them. The service is fine. I have to continue using them but I will probably check out others once my contract is up.

I love their actual physical service. But their customer service is unbelievable. Locally here, when it snows and it rains and all that, we don't have a problem, for the most part, with the cable service. But everything else sucks - the cost, the customer service. When I talk with Comcast representative, I know they're only echoing what they've been trained to on their little book with their guidelines. There have been times when I've said I want to talk with management and I would be transferred. Sometimes they would make adjustments. Other times, when I would leave, I would be told that I had to leave my name and number and I don't remember ever anyone getting back with me. If one doesn't have a problem with paying their rates, then it's okay.

internet is fast, and rarely have issues with it going down, if when there are weather storms. But the service is high, roughly $80 per month for high speed internet.

Price wise they are cheaper, but when I find time I want to look around to find what else is different.

I haven’t had any service. I’ve done all the work hooking it up and everything. That’s all it was. They just send me the equipment and I hooked it up. They charge me on a month to month basis. It seems variable since I first hooked it up. It was good. I have a contract for two years so I have to use them.

The internet is super fast. HBO and PIX is free of cost. The only thing is they keep raising the prices and its difficult to contact the customer service.

They did a lousy job and was in a hurry. They had cables all over the place. I had a problem after that and another guy came out and fixed everything and said it was ridiculous the way he did it. The first guy was bad and the second one was excellent. The product is good and the service is average.
