I had him help with an addition to my home. I designed it the way I wanted it and went to a lumber yard and they gave me a list of materials I would need, and Dale only had a list of materials, and limited dimensions. He built the porch in 4 days, and it’s beautiful. I thought it would take him at least two weeks. The price was 1/3 of the least expensive quote that I got for the job. He also does garages, ceramic tile, drywall, etc. I have him doing my kitchen cabinets next week. I went to all the work of ordering my cabinets through Home Depot. The company that came out to measure everything wanted $3200 to install all the cabinets/an island. He’s doing it for $700. His prices are VERY reasonable. He is meticulous and he cleans up after his work every day. He’s well mannered. I like that he’s is professional, and responsive. Whenever I call him, he responds the same day. The majority of contractors seem like it’s a long waiting process. I’ve been telling as many people as I can about the work he does, and recommending him to everyone. He has a whole list of things he specializes in, so chances are, he can help with any job you may have.
