Clark Strobel

Clark did a great job. Stands by his work! Came back and replaced a faulty part (not his fault) at no charge.

Our fireplace would not start.  We had different fireplace companies come out over the years but they said it was not fixable because the manufacturer was not in business anymore and parts were unavailable.  So we went years without using it. Finally, now that we are selling the house, we had to have it running.  We were told the only other option was to replace it for 6 or $7,000.  I called another fireplace company (Kett's) and they gave me Clark Strobel's phone number, say he was the guy for tough problems.  
He was very thorough, and found a solution pretty quickly.  He needed no parts, just redirected wires (?) and cleaned all connections.  He then put it all back together, and even took care of some scratches on the metal.  Flipped the switch and we had a beautiful fire going!
Clark is very experienced, especially with "tricky" problems.  He has his own business, being semi-retired.  He is extremely knowledgeable, fair and very pleasant.  I was thrilled with his work and only wish I could have called him sooner!
