Lawn Service
Mr. Thomas did not have the common courtesy, even up to 11 p.m. at night, to either call me or leave a message on when he would be coming to the property or even if he had decided not to do the leaves. I ended up calling him to terminate his job and get another lawn company to take the leaves away. This is at the end of October, 2012. I am sorely disappointed that Chad Thomas did not have the professionalism to even give me a call back. I don't care what his excuse could be since I am dealing with family illnesses at present and am surely not in the mood at this point for any lame excuses. A commitment is a commitment!
