The guy does not have his own address and apparently does not manage his own finances. Want to let others know I do not recommend his services. He also did a brick walkway for our neighbors and did not finish the job. He seems nice enough and showed us photos of beautiful paver walkways he's done - up north in Michigan. It all makes sense now. The work he showed us was probably not his.
Description of Work: Provider plowed our snow last year and did a great job. Last month we gave him a deposit for a patio for $1500.00. He had his fiance cash the check and now will not return our calls. I think we've been had. We have a small claims court date May 8, 2014 to (hopefully) resolve the situation and retain our deposit. Wish us luck. UPDATE: Mark Boss called to let the court know he wasn't able to show up for his appointment. We "won" the claim, but it was a hollow victory as nothing was resolved. We're still out $1500.00.
