It's $25 the plan. It was a little bit higher to begin with. It was a puppy plan then it went over to a older dog after you get out of the puppy stage. They usually set up the appointment and I have a schedule. They email you and let you know about and they set it up when your there also. When we go on vacation we usually put the dog in a facility and there are really strict on their shots. You can go online and get the dogs records or you can get it right from them to verify the shots.
