They had done the work for us three years before, and we had a stand-alone generator that I had to push out. This is one that comes on automatically when the power goes. It was a really complicated install because I had to get the gas people to put an additional meter on the other side of my house. These guys worked hand-in-hand with me to help facilitate that. They interacted with them. They explained the situation. They made multiple visits to my house. I was so impressed with these people. Basically, they coordinated with DNR to have stuff done. They kept the workspace clean. I was just so impressed with what they did. They are great. They are exactly what you want to find as great customer service. It was a very upfront pricing. When they were installing it, we had a lightning and hail storm. The house took a lightning strike and it blew up the mother board in the generator and my boat launch. So they like totally covered it. They were easy to get a hold of. The guy gave me his personal phone number. There were multiple people that knew about the project in the office. So, if I could not get a hold-of the primary guy, the head of the office would call me back within like fifteen minutes. We bought a year's contract with them for the generator.
