Ryyan Kelley (owner) was very professional and pleasant to work with. I was attempting to find an exterminator to take care of a (to my untrained eye) large yellow jacket nest in my basement den. I couldn't find a local contact in Angie's list or from personal recommendations. I needed resolution quickly, and was cold-calling based on simple yellow pages entries. I wanted to make arrangements right away, and so was not leaving messages on voicemail. Ryyan called me back based on his caller ID and was very helpful. He was able to come out that day and resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend him to others and would hire him again in the event I needed additional services.
