Snow Removal
Contracted with Alex?s landscaping in Nov. of 2013 for
Driveway snow removal for the 2013/2014 season. In the snowiest season on
record he plowed my driveway a total of four times, citing excuses like changes
in route, broken equipment, and lack of manpower. Needless to say, at 64 years
of age, the reason I contracted for service, was my age. Hand blowing and
shoveling snow every day is not in my best health interest.
After multiple promises of a refund for the unused portion
of the season, He has not been forthcoming with that either.
Given the circumstances I would grade his company a D- and
would not contract again for snow removal or Landscaping services.
