We used them within the last year. Interesting combination of being all business and also chatty. We wanted some advice about water in the basement which is outside his specialization but he knew people and was happy to talk about that and so forth. The price seemed reasonable to us but we didn't have anything to compare it with.

James, the Plumber who came out, was very professional and knowledgeable. I first thought I had to have all new plumbing put into my house because I was hardly getting any pressure out of my kitchen sink faucet. Found out, after James did some extensive research, spending quite a bit of time in the house looking at the pipes, that I just needed a new kitchen faucet, saving me a great deal of money. Not only was he honest, but extremely reasonable. He was recommended by a friend and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. I would definitely use him again! :)
