I initially called a bath designer who no longer worked in the Muskegon area, but they helped design and recommended Matt Cross as a local contractor for installation of floor and backsplash. This is a very small company and Matt has to juggle his time, so time lines got a little confused, but he met deadlines and the work is excellent. As noted, we started with kitchen, but were suffciently impressed with the quality of his work and his professional integrity that we asked him to do the adjacent room independently. It was a joy to work with him. We are saving our pennies for another floor project in the near future.
