KUERTH'S DISPOSAL INC

I had circled all the recycle weeks on my calendar and that schedule was working well, until my recycling wasn't getting picked up. I thought the schedule must have changed, so I checked the website. The residential calendar for recycling is coded by week greeen and blue. I looked everywhere to figure out which 'color' my location was. I found a service map that had locations in green, blue and a small red area. It was the only place I could identify a color coding system, so I adapted. Recycling still didn't get picked up. Called and was told it was the wrong week and to put it out next week. Went to Kuerth's to get clarification and to leave some boxes that I was not dragging back up my driveway. I was told that no one else has a problem reading the schedule. (Came home to look again and still can't figure out how I should know if I'm blue or green.) Then, was told that they would call the cops on me if I left my boxes for recycling, a service for which and am paying and am not receiving. The staff was very rude.

I recently de cluttered my home.  I had many bags on the curb in addition to my bin.  They took it all-no questions asked.  Love them.

They pick up our weekly garbage and recycling. In the summer we add on their yard waste service at additional cost.

They have always been very good about picking anything up (within reason). If you follow their guidelines for recycling they are good there too.

I've been very happy with them over the years, and if I ever have to call them with a question they are very friendly and accommodating.

We have had Kuerth's Disposal Inc for quite a few years and we have never had a problem. They have always been reliable and we have never had any problems with them. They come every week.

They are good value for money. They are conscientious. Whenever I call them I talk to a human being. They have always taken care of our needs and treated us fairly. I like the company. I rate them high overall.
