 + -1 moreThey would have been okay for me expect their price. They quoted $11600. They were good; they were very professional, and very thorough. However, their price was a little high. I would recommend them based on the quote experience I had with them.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Kinstner Construction to have my deck expanded from 12X12X12 to 22X22X10 and to put in all new railings, floors, and everything.

 + 0 moreRick followed a plan that was drawn by local architect and did a beautiful job. He oversaw and directed efforts of another company who poured a foundation for a basement storage under the addition and altered the plan so that the storage area was roomier and more utilitarian. Rick's carpentry and finish work well exceeded our expectations. His knowledge and experience makes him very able - but his dedication to details makes him our only choice for these types of larger, and for that matter, smaller jobs.
Description of Work: Rick built and sub-contracted the construction of an addition of a three season room on the back of our home.

 + 0 moreTHIS GENTLEMAN HAS HIS OWN BUSINESS AND DOES HIS OWN WORK. THE WORK THAT HE PERFORMS IS EXCELLENT. HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. HE GIVES GUARANTEES THAT HE BACKS UP.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY TORE DOWN OUR OLD DECK AND BUILT A DOUBLE LAYER DECK. THEY ALSO PUT IN TWO FRENCH DOORS.

 + -1 moreIT WAS ONE WORKER WHO DID ALL THE WORK AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. HE CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE MESS IN THE YARD WHEN HE FINISHED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. HE ALSO CAME BACK TO FIX A TINY PROBLEM WE HAD.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE.
