Job was done well.

The work was very good and excellent. They were prompt, did exactly what they needed to do, professional, and courteous.

I originally contacted Robert last fall when the largest of the trees dropped a huge limb through our brand new roof, causing $6500 in damages both outside and inside. I had to delay the removal of them because of a surgery I was scheduled for. When I contacted Robert, his crew showed up in 3 days and completed the job. These trees posed an imminent threat to the home, and needed to be removed as soon as possible. Professionalism, courteousness, and experience were the reasons I hired them, and I was not disappointed. The previous review of this company is completely wrong. She did not have the work done, I did. The issue with the power line was because the low-voltage line was hanging too low, causing the boom of one of their trucks to catch it. The resulting power outage last less than two hours, so how this woman can say she lost freezer food is ridiculous. The truck she is referring to with the paper name tag on it was just purchased in Florida and driven up that weekend, hence the temporary plate. I might add that no decal shops are open even if they tried getting one put on that first weekend. I would recommend this tree service to anyone, and my wife and I are appalled that the previous review was even allowed. When they finished, not a single branch, twig or evidence of the work was left behind. My front lawn, despite having a multi-ton crane driver across it and work for 11 hours, had only two small areas that will require attention. Their concern for and preparation of the work area was fantastic.

Excellent - really prompt response and very professional service

I called and requested a quote and had I the next day. I wasn't home so the written quote and a certificate of insurance were left in an envelope for me. The quote was comprehensive and competitive, but I wanted to meet a representative of the company and ask questions before hiring. I called on Saturday and the President of the company came out within two hours. He indicated they had a crew working in the area and could do the work that day if desired (no pressure - just a responsive offer). At that point I decided to hire the company. The crew arrived that day, removed the tree & stump and did a thorough clean up. The President of the company was onsite while the work as done. I then decided to have them remove the large overhanging branch. They said they could do that Monday - again a reasonable quote. They arrived first thing Monday morning, removed the branch without damaging anything, again cleaned up thoroughly. They were totally professional and everything went exactly as promised. I would strongly recommend this company for this type of work.

Service was great! The crew was very professional. I had a huge dying Silver Maple removed, the tree was growing into wires and was in a bad location next to my garage. A lot of other companies walked away from the job but not this one. The owner came out and explained in great detail the surgical process involved in removing the tree. My husband and I were very impressed on how quickly the job got done and nothing was damaged. I would highly recomand this company to whoever wants quality service. I’m glad I found a dependable and realiable tree company.

Difficult to contact provider. Had to call multiple times. Did not return call in timely manner. Did not come out to complete the job at time promised. When they did make it out the job was completed quickly and satisfactorily . Area was cleaned up after limb removal.

Very nice, courteous and professional! They were called down on a Sunday for an emergency situation. The caller initially confused them with another company that had missed their scheduled appointment, and mistakenly confronted Robert. Although this was completely false, Robert politely advised that he was not aware, but he would do everything he can to get it done for us. He went to pick up the truck and equipment himself and came over to do the job that day. Although he and Rick had every excuse to be upset or annoyed by our mistake, they were very understanding and helpful. They completed the work quickly, neatly and professionally - even going the extra mile to make sure the property was left perfectly clean. We were very satisfied with their work and gladly recommend them to anyone.
