I did an oil change. They are very responsive and I have never had a problem with any work they’ve done. We have an old and they are very good at diagnosing as well and fixing any problem you might have.

Toyota screwed up (and the dealer, which was Suburban Toyota) and messed up my extended warranty info. I have had bad experiences with this dealer in the past- they did not care that the wheels on my new 4runner had started corroding after 2 years and didn't care the trailer hitch was rusting as well. I went in with low expectations due to this, but when the light for the airbag came on I realized the extended warranty should cover it. When I brought it in, they said it had expired but it had not. Thankfully the service adviser that worked with it spent a lot of time talking with Toyota and finally got it figured out so Toyota paid for the repair. Thankfully it worked out and the service adviser that helped me was great.

My husband usually takes the car there and I haven't heard him say anything bad about them. When I went there with him originally when we bought the car, they seemed very friendly. We haven't had any problems. Whenever something turned up, we took it back to them and it was taken care of.

They do an excellent job and do not upsell services, unnecessarily. When my vehicle went in for some work, they also offered free breakfast. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
