The inspection was very good and I am impressed by the knowledge we have gained. The report was ready the same night via a URL on the internet. I would definitely recommend Glenn for any inspections. We are also negotiating  a lower price since the inspection was completed.

Glenn was excellent, probably did the best home inspection I ever had after owning several homes over the years.  As mentioned in other reviews, he comes early to go over the outside of the home.  He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed and takes his time to thoroughly inspect your potential home for any hazards or trouble down the road.  Your report includes a binder with a home systems guide and a detailed report with pictures via email.  Even though he was unaware of his business reviews in Angies List or a 10% senior discount  being offered, he honored the discount anyway!

Glenn arrives early to examine the outside of the property and when I arrived he walked me around the outside showing me the areas that are in need of attention.  He is not selling any repairs rather informing me of where the problem are and the extent of the risk involved.  I found Glenn to be fair and detailed.  I would hire Glenn in the future for home inspection.

Glenn arrived on time and was very helpful and through. He was careful to watch out for our needs. I would hire him again.
