Rumptz has been mediocre for me though many in our neighborhood use them. I think it's because they have been around for a long time. I have found them to be unresponsive to phone calls...takes multiple calls to get a response. For snow removal they showed up very late in the day. They double billed me for one "push" because the snow was deep...that information was not presented at the time of the quote/agreement. Finally, their plow displaced landscaping in my yard. I will not hire them again next year.
