+ -1 moreThe work they did on the dryer vent cleaning was good, but their follow up to the damage made at my house was horrible. I will give a average rating for their work, but want to give a zero for the follow up response had contracted this company to clean the dryer return vent, they went into the attic and supposedly cleaned the vent. They tole me that return line is too long and that cleaning will not work. These guys also damaged the dry wall which was the floor of the attic, and its been over 3 months and they have not returned to fix the dry wall and now answering/returning my calls. I am definitely not happy with their service/postjob response at all.
Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning.. went into the attic and step over the drywall floor and damaged the dry wall. Never came back to fix it even after tons of phone calls. Now they are not answering my calls and totally unprofessional

+ -1 more- This was the first time my house was getting cleaned in the last decade or so, I made sure I wanted to get the ducts cleaned before moving in. Very glad I called the PAC - They setup the entire vacuum system very cleanly without damaging any of my walls, paint or edges - They explained every bit of work they were doing - The quote for the job was provided before they started any work. I would highly recommend PAC for your duct cleaning, sanitizing and fireplace.
Description of Work: Cleaned my house with 5 bedrooms, 4rooms (living and dining), basement and my fireplace for a very reasonable price, but more importantly very nice work. They also cleaned the fireplace for a very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and seemed very happy with his job.
