Precision Pool Service Inc

Precision Pool's bid was the lowest of the 3 that I got. Was skeptical to use them due to earlier reviews. However, Brent was very professional and answered all of my questions.  This was the only company that would measure the pool with water still in it.  That was important to me, since it was a wood wall pool, and I didn't want to leave it empty for several weeks while the liner was being fabricated.
They came yesterday with a crew of 8 and were done in less than 4 hours, including pumping the pool down. The liner fit perfectly and had absolutely no wrinkles.  Everything was totally cleaned up and all waste was removed. 
I feel I got full value for the price and would not hesitate to use them again.

It did not go good with Precision Pool Service Inc. After talking to another place I found out they over charged me, and gave me bad advise. They did not fix anything, all they did was an inspection. The crew that came out was on time, they looked like they knew what they were doing, so I did not question anything. Basically they took advantage of the fact that I did not know anything about pools. The only reason I went with them, was they were available. I had two days to get the inspection done and they were available. I would not recommend them to anyone. They said there was a leak in the floor heater, I had another company come out and look at it; and there was not a leak. The other guy that I had come out turned the heater and it quit leaking, it works fine now. And he only charged me eighty dollars. I would not use this company again.

Job well done, professional, no "surprises" regarding pricing.  Brendt Scripture clearly is an expert at liner replacement.

They did a good job.  They did it quickly and they did a good job.  They were all personable people and got the job done in no time.  So I’m satisfied and I will use them again.  They arrived on time and they did a good job.  They were very personable people.  They were nice guys and they seemed to know what they were doing anyway.  They are located close by.  Their price was very fair and I thought it was competitive.  I will use their services again in the future.

Despite being very  busy with pool openings, Precision fit us into their schedule to replace our cracked skimmer in order for us to be able to open our pool. They could not give me an exact time, which I was fine with me, since they were squeezing us in. They arrived around 8:30am and were quick and efficient. They  gave us some great advice regarding cleaning our liner and answered all of our questions.

He doesn t know what a parts list is. He is worth writing about. They have got to learn to estimate what the job is going to take, then get the order on time, and have their own tools. Their pump came with a suction line, but not with a discharge line. Their drills lacked chargers and they had to keep going out to get parts. They d be hours and even days late, and the project was finished two weeks after the projected date.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN THE AGREED TIME FRAME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE POOL THAT THIS COMPANY HAS BUILT FOR ME. THE POOL IS MADE UP OF GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
