Great. Work was done on time and Ryan and Zack were excellent. Kept me informed and got the work done ahead of schedule. Professional job all the way. Also cleaned my sewer line out to the street. I would use Precision Plumbing again.

They were punctual, polite, and provided great service.  They also provided recommendations regarding future services that could help us avoid this occurring again in the future.

It went well at the time of service but when I was told buy two other companies that they installed a water heater from 1992 and said it was brand new and installed in 2000 which makes this 8 years old upon installation. When I called this company to tell them about this they said it was not our fault and that we put in whatever the warehouse gives us. i was not happy with the response from the office manager and thought it was very unprofessional to say it was not their fault for installing a water heater from 1992 and saying it was brand new. I'm not saying to not use this company just be careful with what you pay for. She said they install whatever the warehouse gives them.

Very efficient and responsive. Second time I have used the company and great experiences both times.

The guys come in, get to work and know exactly what they are doing. We have used Precision Plumbing twice within the last year and have been very satisfied with their work. They have been able to come within 24 hours. Would use them again on our next plumbing project. Prices are fair. Don't have the details as I am filling out this form some time after the work was done.

They did the test. Submitted paper work to City.

A picture was taken by cell phone and sent to Noritz, to ensure that the split pipe was covered by warrenty and that I received the correct replacement part(s). That picture also inadvertantly showed the heating element which was alongside the split pipe. The picture was a high-enough resolution that it could be enlarged significantly, proving no crack in the heating element as of the 1st visit.
Besides the issue of the cracked heating element, I had no problems with the service provided by Precision. I've now been waiting one month for the $17 check promised to me.

The plumber arrived on time, introduced himself and then proceeded to remove the old faucet. He asked if I wanted to have him install new braided supply lines, which I appreciated. He completed the faucet install and cleaned up the installation area. I was very satisfied.

Kevin and everything was good about the job. I'm unable to remember the exact price, but it was fairly priced for the work he did. He explained everything, took his time, and cleaned up after himself.

I cant say enough about Precision Plumbing and our experience with them. Our GREAT experience started right with their receptionist, Meijer. She was extremely helpful and willing to listen to my concerns and what type of plumbing services we were considering/needed. She scheduled Kevin to come out to our home for an overall inspection. He was fantastic. He spent so much time with me going thru our entire home and identifying the root plumbing problems as well as other considerations for upgrades/services they offered. We had them evaluate our Noritz hot water system, our ejector pump (which was making a loud banging noise), identified our sewer cleanout, looked over our main water line, looked at toilets for leaks/running water, and gave us options for a sump pump backup system. After his visit, Precision provided us with a written estimate for all the services we discussed. We decided to have the sump pump back up installed (and they provided us with 3 pricing options for the install). Their installers were on time, clean, efficient, knew exactly what they were doing, and they were very polite. They reviewed everything with me when it was complete (how to test the system, etc), and they even spent a few minutes looking at my hose bib outside (and replacing it) even though it wasnt work that had been scheduled. Precision plumbing called me after the install and asked how everything was going -and if I had any questions (Great followup!!). Not long after the install of the sump pump backup, we lost power for 3 days. I was worried that it was working correctly (not remembering exactly how it functioned), and so I called Precision. Kevin called me back personally and walked me thru everything over the phone. He also stopped out a week or so later and checked out the system at no charge (which it was working perfect). He also spent time talking about what I could buy from Home Depot to make sure the water was being ejected far enough away from our foundation, and offered to pick it up and drop it off if I couldnt find it. They are fantastic. You will not go wrong if you hire them - you will get great workmanship along with an honest, helpful and courteous experience. You will pay and quot;plumber pricesand quot; (Precision Plumbing is not cheap), but it is well worth every penny!!

It went like clockwork. Both the owner, Kevin Raisch and his assistant were master plumbers. There were no issues that they were not competent to handle. They were completely professional and a pleasure to have in my home for an extended period of time.

They were prompt. They charged exactly what they said they would, even though I thought it was a little expensive. They put the water heater in and the next morning I went downstairs and one of the soldered joints was leaking. They came out right away to fix it and we have had no problems since.
