First, i guess we all have to understand there's a lot going on. There's jobs to take a little longer than they should + traffic, don't forget covid or supply chain issues. With that said, Jeff & a helper arrived at 9 am, spent the day running water lines & a sewer line to a new bathroom that was just made. Toilet was installed & sink lines /drain to new vanity. Was a great job done.

He arrived on time with an assistant. They got everything done in one day. When I discovered a drain pipe that was too low for the ceiling below, he came out and fixed it right away.

I called Jeff at 10:45 because the toilet was backing up in the basement. He arrived around 11. Wow! He came right over. He was very professional and nice. He found the problem immediately and fixed it. I really believe I can trust him and believe he is honest. He fixed it so fast he said that I could pay him less than the service call but I insisted on paying the full price I know it is expensive to run a business.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a nice, honest, and professional plumber!

Jeff arrived and was professional from the start. We went over the issue and discussed possibilities and then he went to work. He found the issue with minimum cutting. The drain pipe that was leaking was behind a wall. Once he found the issue, he quickly was able to fix it and make sure that there weren't any more leaks. The work was done in about an hour.
The amount paid was for a home warranty deductible.
