Arrived on time and did a great job. Moved heavy furniture, cleaned carpets and moved furniture back in place with blocks and pads underneath furniture. Removed stains that had been there a long time, plus all signs of foot traffic from heavily traveled areas. Price was as quoted. Gave me a sheet with home formulas for small spot cleaning. Would definitely use them again.

He is great. He is very reasonable because I have tried to get services for my mom in Florida and it's like double the price. He is very trustworthy. He comes in and out, and he moves all my furniture and I don't have to move anything. When I was working he would come in to my house when I was not even at home. He owns the business himself, and his name is Larry Pickens, so its family owned. He is a real nice guy, and I have referred him to a lot of people before Angie's list.

Pickens Carpet Cleaning gets all top grades from me. They came on time and were very professional. The carpets always look very nice after they've been here. We got in on a very good sale so the price was very low.

I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND REASONABLE. THEY CAME PROMPTLY AFTER I HAD CALLED THEM. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND I THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS.
