Description of Work: We were selling my deceased mother's condominium and the home inspector indicated there was a mold problem in the crawl space. Peak Environment did the remediation work removing and replacing all the insulation, replacing any wood with mold. They used all the proper precautions and did air testing afterward. They were tremendously responsive since there was time pressure to get the work done so the sale would go through. Also complicating matters was a trip out of the country for us. They gave the quote, did the work while we were away. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end despite the pressure involved. They also provided the necessary documentation for the prospective buyers. Since the time the work was being done in was the busy season for this type of project, it was amazing to get quality work done in the short time frame required. Most places we contacted were not able to fit this job in their schedule.
