I had Noble H&C out to inspect my aging furnace twice and then had them out to install a new furnace. They were very professional - always showed up exactly on time, answered my questions clearly as to the relative merits of different furnace brands, and quoted me a fair price. The installation went without a hitch, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. After the installation, they took care of the paperwork for warranty registration and claiming the Consumers Energy rebate. Very highly recommended!

They are a father and son team working together, a family owned business here in Troy.  Our appt was a 3-5pm window, they called and arrived earlier, which I loved, the house temp was 95 degrees when they arrived, yikes!! They were exactly what you want, courteous, clean, they put on shoe covers while inside, and were able to get the Air Conditioner up and running in no time. They made some recommendations and did a few other things too.  

The repair cost $400 and half of that was for a part I had to buy. The furnace didn't work and they came out a day later to tell me I needed a new one. The first visit he implied that the work done should fix the problem. They didn't offer any deal after telling me I needed a new furnace.

Great job! Showed up when they said. Very thorough. Had one problem with a valve on the humidifier being too loud; they came out the same day and replaced it. Cleaned up everything. Cost a little more than other quotes, but also did a more thorough quote and was willing to work with us to update some electrical work at same time.

Called and showed up promptly. Diagnosed quickly, repaired and answered all my questions. Will call again! I am disappointed that such a fine business that is literally 1/2 mile away from my home didn't show up as an option on my paid angies list options. If a business doesn't pay to advertise on Angies list but gets great reviews as this company they should still be on my "option" list when I do a search by location. Thanks to Noble!

Corey was very professional when he came into provide a quote. He was reasonable and was eager to get the work. Unfortunately, they could not install the humidifier on the day promised as flooded basements in the Detroit area due to heavy rains delayed several of their appointments by a week. Although our basement was not flooded we were affected by this unfortunate event. Corey did come as promised on the rescheduled date and completed the installation very efficiently and made sure all lines were run cleanly and per code. He also made good suggestions for overall furnace maintenance and was very friendly. Will use them again for any Heating and Cooling repairs. I have already recommended them to my neighbors for the same installation.

Excellent - no detail was missed, everything was complete on-schedule, with punctual start times, follow-through and service after the sale. Probably more cost than average supplier, but top-notch service, professionalism, courtesy, explanation and workmanship. Very good company to work with.

This company is excellent! They arrived right on time, were very friendly and professional and did a great job. I had lots of landscaping recently done in my back yard and my air conditioner was covered in clay and dirt as well needing an annual service. They completely cleaned the unit good as new and made sure everything was in great shape. They also inspected my furnace in my basement and were welcoming of any questions I had. They were knowledgeable, courteous and polite and the service was done in under an hour. The price was reasonable compared to other service companies. It was a pleasure to have them at my home and I plan to use them as my go-to heating and cooling company throughout the years. I'm so happy I found them! These are the kind of connections you hope to find as a new homeowner.

I paid they srvice call fee $59 to let them leave. After that, I took one more look at the control board to see what was wrong. I noticed burned marks at the bottom. I decided to give a shot by myself! I wrote down the model number, then bought an identical control board from eBay. 3 days later, the replacement board arrived. After replacing the board, the furnace returned to life right away! My cost is only $110, in stead of $800 or $3500! Obviously, this company lied and tried to make money from lying! I do not know if all service companies lie, but I will certainly stay away from this one!

Mike and Corey are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They show up on time. Clean up after themselves. They have a broad base of experience in many home-related repairs and can provide suggestions on the most efficient and cost-effective way to do things. You never get the impression that they are just trying to sell you unneeded services!
