Great. Josh and Sean were on time and very professional. They showed us before and after views of our ducts. They were able to access a vent in a room where other companies avoided because ease of access was harder. We would have liked to have paid less but we are very satisfied with their work and would hire them again.

The two men did a very good job of cleaning the carpets and chair. They were very professional and very polite. I have always called Modernijtic when I need the carpets cleaned and I highly recommend them.

It went pretty well. There truck broke down so they had to leave and get another one, no big deal. I had them go over more than their usual one time Usually if they do my carpet and I have move very limited furniture they r in and out in an hour tops. That always bothered me. I told them this is not a one swipe project. They paid attention to every concern I had. Sometimes it’s the people they send out that makes the biggest difference. Conner and Ryan did a great job! Thanks guys for listening to me and fixing the carpet spots I pointed out!

Stains in family room did not come out. The urine smell in upstairs landing is as bad as it was prior to cleaning- our carpet is not even three years old. A bit disappointed in the outcome. They were fast but not sure how thourough.

Called Modernistic determine if they could clean carpeting and stone/tile floors throughout our home. The telephone representative was extremely helpful and informative and helped me to determine the approximate cost for the job. An appointment was made for Monday, May 14. Nick and Brett showed up as scheduled at 9:00 AM and went to work. They spent the entire day cleaning all carpets, approximately 1,000 square feet of stone floor and tile flooring in our 6 bathrooms (6,000 square feet in total). As work progressed, they informed us that they could also clean the chairs in our theater room. In addition, they also applied Scotch Guard protectant to the carpeting and chairs. They did an OUTSTANDING job on everything and our home now looks better than the day we moved in (2012). Nick and Brett are two of the most outstanding men we have ever had the pleasure of working with AND they are the hardest working and most professional people we've ever met. I will happily recommend Modernistic (especially Nick and Brett) to anyone seeking top notch home floor, carpet and furniture cleaning. We have also previously used Modernistic on two occasions to clean our HVAC ducts with similar outstanding professional results. Keep up the outstanding work folks!

Modernistic was very thorough and cleaned the dryer vent the best they could. They diagnosed a different problem that needs to be handled by another service. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and professional.

We purchased a house in which the previous tenant smoked indoors - gross! We were told by some you could cover it up, but that you couldn't by others... We decided to renovate and sealed/primed/painted all walls and replaced all of the flooring, which improved the smell dramatically but it still lingered slightly. We thought it wouldn't hurt to have the ducts cleaned and I am glad we did! This was pretty much the last of it (a little lingered but open windows the past few weeks has led to a comfortable environment)! The gentlemen were very courteous, wore booties on our new carpet and flooring, were very mindful of their equipment not causing damage to our walls, etc. and they involved us every step of the way. They showed us our vents using a camera before and after the cleaning, as well as showed us how much nicotine they removed just from the vents by wiping them. The sanitizer is a little much to breathe in, so I recommend picking a clear day so you can have the windows open, but I think it was worth the extra $100 to do it right (the sanitizer is a $100 add-on service). All in all, I was hesitant at first to pay to have the ducts cleaned, but after seeing what they loosened and removed, I am glad to have a FRESH start! Seriously consider having your air ducts cleaned if you have never had it done, or just purchased a new home, because who knows if the previous owners had (and the best part is we barely have to dust anymore).

Very well. Paul did a great job in several rooms, & explained to me when I objected to the extra cost of Scotchguard that since we are selling our house, potential buyers will be bringing in dirt on their shoes—that made good sense to me so I added the protection. The next day it seemed there was still a shadow left of the adhesive. . Elise in the Troy office was very helpful & remembered my problem when I asked they come back to redo. They gave me a next day appt & Matt did a great redo of the stairs. I am very satisfied w their services, and they were nice guys as well. Paul asked that I call his manager to let him know, which I did & also tipped them.

I was very impressed with the carpet being cleaned. Our tech also offered a scotch gard which we did since we were just moving into this house and have dogs wanted to try to keep it clean as long as possible
