the men who showed up were perfessional and friendly. After each cleaning was done they asked if i was happy with how it looked and answered any question i had. they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. i would Definitely recommend This company. Excellent service, they showed me with a camera before & after. THE GUYS were very helpful & explained everything. They were on time & kept my place clean, even gave me extra good advice. THEY ALSO helped me with my battery in my New Carbon monoxide detector! I will definitely hire them again.

Very professional and thoroughly completed. They leave no mess and use precaution around furniture and walls. Were also aware if my little dog to be sure leaving the door slightly open would not have the dog run outside.

Fine. No issues. Went ahead with the upgrades once the technician arrived and sold me into them. Was shocked at the drastic increase in price once upgrades were added. Two technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I hope they made commission on the upgrades. They did a great job.

It was the very first time I had my carpets professionally cleaned. I have 2 dogs and years of messes. They did a fantastic job. Carpet smells fresh and looks clean

Modernistic was excellent and I’ll use them again. I highly recommend them! Thanks for the great service and a job well done! We had our whole house done, 3 bedrooms, office, hallway and stairs living and family rooms plus one sofa. We did use a coupon from Val-Pak.

Hired Modernistic to clean entire house, including pet deodorizer in every room. They called the day of service as promised, came out on time, and did the job. Pointed out a few areas where our older dog had accidents, and they were extremely confident that they could handle with the deodorizer. Also promised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Odor returned after they left. I called their office, and immediately was told that there are no guarantees and there was nothing that could be done. Finally convinced them to at least attempt to reclean areas, and they set a date and promised a call in the AM to narrow down appt time. No call came. They showed up at 2 PM without notice. Immediately they started to tell my son that there was nothing that they could do (without even examining the areas). Told them they could reclean the areas, and they again assured us that it would do no good and there were no guarantees. Whatever happened to 100% Satisfaction guarantee? I know every situation is different. Had they truly tried to make things right with a good effort, and it did not work, I would have understood. But the immediate response of both office staff and technicians to simply throw up their hands at the first issue was not, in my opinion, appropriate work or attitude. I don’t know yet how the second attempt will go, but I can assure you I am not 100% satisfied.
