Immediately upon arrival Harold started trying to upsell the repair to a new garage door. We were quoted a price over the phone for the spring repair. When I said no to the new door he said just the repair I was quoted over the phone was going to be 75% higher. Steer clear.

My garage door was installed 2 years ago, because of a power outage, I just now realized the spring tension was not set correctly and the door will not manually stay open far enough on its own. I was told that because it has Ben over a year it would be $150 to come out and look at itâ ¦as a result I will never be back and will tell this story to whoever I realize is in the market for a door anytime anyplace so that they will not shop Pontiac doors!

quick response, very nice technician. the technician replaced my broken J arm and added a brace to reinforce buckled beam and cracked door panel. He also relocated one support beam from bottom of the door panel to the top which makes the door opening/closing much smoother. highly recommended.

The worst guy I have worked with because he brought me very cheap locks and gave me every lock inside a key! And off the key! The back door is a key! And after I called him and told him to come and do his work well, he hung up in my face. I do not recommend them at all unprofessional, I warn them.
