Excellent finish. Very professional and competitive. High customer satisfaction and very personable. Enjoyed working with Al and his guys at MGM. Highly recommended. We don't regret our decision even a bit for hiring them and placing our home in safe hands. They go out of the way to make sure finish is top notch.

They did ok work...had a small problem with reinstalling my flooring and pantry but they paid to have my floor redone and I noticed after they left that the flap under my dish washer was just laying under the cabinet...I guess they were in a hurry and had to take care of others

With in minutes I had some one calling from MGM. We schedule for an estimate for the following Monday. Al came out and I liked his prices and we schedule for the next day. It was a small job that took only an hour but it was done well and the service rep cleaned up his mess.

I agreed to the 25% higher price to expedite the service. The technicians came out and did their thing. When I asked them about cleaning out the ash dump, they had no idea what the ash dump was. After explaining it to them they then proceeded to clean it out. Suffice to say, I was left feeling disappointed because I paid a premium for what I perceive to be less-than-premium service.
