I truly believe that Majestic used to provide clients with a positive experience because the company was recommended to us by a friend of the family who is also a realtor. My sister's mother-in-law had a great experience with them many years ago. At that time, Zayne, the owner of the company, was heavily involved in the construction process/labor per my sister's mother-in-law. Unfortunately, our kitchen remodel was an extremely frustrating and painful process. The project was started in July 2020 and wrapped up January 2021. We understand that the project length was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. There were shutdowns and delays in delivery of materials, which is completely understandable during a major pandemic. What is not understandable is the lack of communication for the first 5-6 months of the project. It improved somewhat towards the end after we expressed our frustration, but not by much. The day-to-day calendar would have agenda items on it for the next day but then nobody would show up. The agenda items were then moved to the following day without any explanation why, and sometimes still nobody would show up. There were several weeks during the project where someone would be at our home working only 1 day a week. We met with Zayne a few times in the beginning to discuss our vision, and then barely heard from him. It is now February 2021 and we have not had any contact with Zayne since November 2020. One would think that the owner of a company would want to check in on his clients, especially upon completion of the project. We needed to point out several things that needed to be fixed such as nail heads sticking out on quarter rounds, corners of cabinet molding that had gaps, wrong shelving inserts for glass door cabinets, the wrong paint color on the microwave trim, a lazy Susan that was not functional due to the hinge that was used, a missing transition piece between the wood floor in kitchen and the tile floor in foyer, a garbage pull out that had the wrong size but out in it. I also question the quality of the work done by some of Majestic's employees. Someone installed a vent for our kitchen hood on the side of our house and used a type of vent that was meant to only be installed on a roof. Someone would show up on Monday and then a different crew would show up on Tuesday having no idea what the crew on Monday completed. No only did there seem to be a lack of communication between client and company, but also a severe lack of communication between people within the company. Dean was supposedly our project manager, but it didn't appear that he was managing anything. We saw him when he needed to drop off materials or when he picked up a check. Lastly, we were displeased with some of the messages we would receive from the company on BuilderTrend. Nikki would inform us that someone would be coming by to pick up a check, and would always end with "please have the check ready." This is a small thing, but it was really off-putting. Heaven forbid someone have to wait 3 minutes for a check to be written. We waited 7 months for a kitchen/family room that was supposed to take 10-12 weeks. We were also asked to provide a completion payment when there were still 10+ outstanding punch items. We are very happy with the end result, but if my husband was not working from home and able to help manage this project/point our errors, our home would be a disaster. I do not recommend Majestic Home Solutions.

Zayne and his team did a fantastic job with our kitchen and 2.5 bath remodel. We hired Majestic Home Solutions to finish our project after the first company we hired failed to be competent. Zayne took our nightmare situation and turned it into a great experience. We received high quality craftsmanship and product. This five star company was professional, honest, reliable, competent, respectful, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend hiring Majestic Home Solutions!

Professional quality workmanship. Complete gutting of old kitchen cabinets and installation of new cabinets, lighting and appliances. These guys know their stuff, from drywall to electrical and plumbing.

Overall, it went well. The basement turned out great. When little things came up that needed fixing, Zayne scheduled to fix them. For all the detail that goes into a basement, it turned out great. Looks amazing. All the subcontractors were well-chosen and did good work.

Excellent (so far--about 2 weeks left to completion). Great communication. Anticipated all the things we would want in the basement. No nickel and dining. Came right in at our budget and we didn't even tell them what the budget was before the first proposal came in, would definitely recommend.

Majestic was very easy to work with. Very trustworthy, showed up in time, kept the house clean by cleaning up after themselves and putting tarps down from the entry way all the way to the basement. Completed the full basement including bar with beautiful woodwork, tile and granite, half bath with tile and granite along with built in fireplace. Really did an outstanding job.

They were fantastic! The young man, Deon, who works for them that is a superior multi tasker and always thinking ahead. They did carptentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and new cabinets for us. They were right on time, and very professional throughout the job. The owner Zane is very nice and friendly, and the kitchen turned our beautifully, and we couldn't be more pleased. We will be using them again for other upcoming projects we have.

Majestic came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from Joe our carpet guy.  We had a few other quotes but Majestic was by far the one we felt most comfortable with.  They redesigned our basement and did a superb job from beginning to end.  Very polite people and fair prices.  My basement looks better than any other room in my entire house.  I am very happy that we were pointed in the direction of Majestic home Solutions.
