Dina was very friendly and helpful in arranging for an electrician to come to my home. She was very willing to accommodate my requests. She answered the phone promptly every time. The only glitch was the first electrician was not tall enough to reach my ceiling unless he stood on top step of his 12' ladder, so we had to reschedule with a taller electrician. That one was very efficient and knowledgeable (and tall). The cost was very reasonable with the coupon, and was much less than other services I contacted.

The lady on the phone was real nice and informed me of who would be coming out to service my house. She was nice to talk to. Rick was the technician and he was real nice too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

After inconsistent annual service of our standby generator by a previous company we tried Pizik Electric this year.  Their office staff was very helpful and made sure they any parts that may be needed for our model were on hand before scheduling the service call. The tune up, cleaning, oil change, and test of the generator was thorough. We ended up signing a two  year contract to have Pizik to do annual check.

We have had services provided by this company 3 times since moving to the clarkston area 3 years ago.   They have alway been prompt and professional.  Their prices are competitive with other bids we have had.  Never had a problem with them yet.

Was told we were the second call and when the designated electrician had not arrived at 11am, I called to be sure I would be at the house when he did arrive.  The person who answers the phone re-scheduled me for after 3pm later that same day, which was fine. Then I get a call from Eric at 12:30p asking if he could come right away.  Not the greatest start, but OK. Once he arrived, it was pretty evident early on that the 4- way switch problem was over his head.  He offered a diagnosis of "something along the lines broken somewhere". Said it was a pretty big problem because tracing the "break" was difficult.  I just didn't have a good feeling about his competency or diagnosis.  He did screw in a cover plate to an already existing switch box (he didn't have a better fitting box on the truck, he said). He gave me a bill for $160, which I paid.  I called another electrician, who came out the next day and in less than 12 minutes diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch box, changed it and charged me $123 for his work. I have nothing against this company at all, but I do think they should have more competent electricians on staff.  I have never posted such a negative review and it pains me to do so.  However, I counted on Angie's readers for feedback on this electrician and paid $160 for nothing.  I felt I should share my experience.
