Henderson Glass

It went very well. We called the Henderson Glass office in Southfield, MI, and gave them the approximate size for a verbal estimate of the cost. An appointment date and time slot was scheduled for someone to come out, measure, and quote a price. The person even called when he was on his way so we didn't have to sit there during the time slot. He arrived on time and measured for replacement glass panel. Glass was ordered. I called the office a couple times with questions and got responses quickly. When it arrived, about a week later, the rep from Southfield office called to schedule the install. Two gentlemen came out, on time, to do the installation. Interior trim was removed, window installed and cleaned, and trim re-installed. They cleaned up pretty well and I only had to do a few touch ups to the trim in the corners.

At first they told me it was going to take 6 hours and 5 men, this was an overstatement. It only took 2 men 2 1/2 hours to finish the project. They said they like to over estimate because of the fact that my home is older and they didn't want to go over on the time. I took advantage of a special they were running, buy one get one half off. The work was really good. Everything went really well. I learned a lot about my old windows. I never realized how difficult it would be to get the windows out. They were able to work hard and get them all taken care of. They also discovered a bit of wood rot that had gone unnoticed. He told me that I needed to have someone come and take care of that. I also needed to have caulking done to avoid this in the future. What I learned from this experience is that checking the caulking regularly on the exterior of your home is very important to prevent this kind of issue from arising. He was very knowledgeable about windows and what needed to be taken care of. The windows look great now.

Great Company! We needed a new mirror cut for a bathroom vanity. The company was very efficient and provided a beautiful mirror ahead of the estimated completion date. Staff was very professional. We are very pleased with the product we received!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS NOT VERY GOOD. THEY MESSED UP ON A WINDOW AND HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX IT. THE WORK THEY DID WAS NOT THAT PROFESSIONAL.
