Here at G&S Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning, Inc. we will be careful not only with your windows, but also with your landscaping and personal property. Geoffrey Shaule started this business so he could spend more time with his most valuable assets, his children. G&S Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning, Inc. cleaned their first window in 1999. "Ms. [Member Name Removed], It is always unfortunate when there is a disconnect between a customer and a service provider. It is common practice and our policy and procedure to not reinstall gutter guards after removed. This was explained to you before, during, and after service. We remove thousands and thousands of feet of gutter guard every year to get access to the gutters to serve our customers. When you told the crew to remove the gutter guard to clean the gutters, that is exactly what they did. We had a manager/supervisor come out to your house 2 separate times and went above and beyond to try and satisfy your needs (creating another google account for example with a different name). We have many pictures of your gutters and the issues you were experiencing. You waited 11 months before you filed a small claims case against us. That process is still ongoing, and we’ll see what the outcome is. It is always a judgement call to share both sides on social media as usually the company and its hard-working employees are the ones that get put on trial. Since you continually go above and beyond to slander our repetition on any social media platform you can, we felt it was time to respond. It’s unfortunate in the internet world people can say anything they want and make misleading and false statements. We’d prefer you call us and talk to us directly and try to find resolution or file a small claims case (as you’ve done) and wait for the process to work. We ask that you please stop threatening and blackmailing us via online review tactics. We wish you the best with any future service providers and hope they understand your needs."

We hired this company after calling several different companies who did gutter cleaning, but would not do repairs, and we needed the repairs far more than the cleaning. They gave us an estimate of $80 + $7.50 per screw. We initially thought that it was a bit high, but another company gave us a quote of $400 to do the same work, so comparatively, G&S was downright reasonable!

When I contacted G & S to ask for a resolution, they told me that a manager would be out to look at my deck and that someone would be in contact with me within a week. Nonetheless, that never happened as promised, and I had to call them myself. G & S did finally have the person who did the job call me back. His standpoint was that the deck looked great when he finished and the wearing off of the stain was due to excessive sun and weather. I was also told that for a “minimal charge” they would come back out to apply another coat of stain. I entertained this idea told him to call me back and tell what the “minimal” charge would be. Of course, I never heard from G & S again. Now I am out over $1000 dollars and my deck is not protected as almost all the stain has completely wore off.
