Eagle Office Solutions, Inc

I called Eagle Office Solutions because I couldn't find a desk I wanted at my local office or furniture stores. I had been looking for some time and found this company online. Dawn Coles was super friendly and helpful.  Although Eagle Office usually deals in larger businesses, they were happy to help me. I was very impressed with the selections. The prices were actually a little better than Staples and the quality was far superior.  I was in the process of starting a small business and I asked her if she sold copiers for smaller businesses. She was so nice and suggested a copier that would fit my needs. I really liked the fact that she didn't try to hard sell me on something that  I didn't need. She took the time to determine how much I would spend a month on printing and she found something within my price range. They delivered the copier and desk to my home on time. The gentleman who arrived assembled the desk and he set up the copier for me. He took the time to show me all the features and he even set it up through my computer. He was very nice and said I could call him anytime if I had any questions. The staff  was very friendly and professional. They followed up with me on my calls. What was most impressive was that they called a couple months later to ask if I was still satisfied. It's rare that once someone gets a sale that they bother to call you back. This company knows the true meaning of customer service. Highly Recommended!!
