I have been searching for a dry cleaner who knows how to clean my daughter's hunt coats and the search is over! I love that this is a family-owned business run by people who are passionate about delivering the best service. They are knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I am so impressed with them, that I am willing to drive down Rochester Rd. past at least a half dozen other dry cleaners just to use them! They are worth the extra driving time!

The owner was extremely friendly and the quality of work was exceptional. I dropped off 25+ shirts a weeks ago plus several pieces of dry cleaning. Everything (30+ pieces) was completed on time. The best part about the experience was the sincere care that the owner and his family showed toward his business's quality of work. He even helped me out to my car to make sure none of the shirts would be wrinkled. THANK You Crystal Cleaners for being such a nice business!

We had a sweater that had a spot on it that we couldn't get out no matter what we tried. We took it into Crystal Cleaners on a recommendation of a friend. They removed the spot without any problem, and we have been going back to them ever since and have always had no problems with their service. They are always friendly and suggestive of ways to help us out.
