The technician located the problem, which was a clogged drainline, and solved the problem. He also advised me on other furnace maintenance topics. He was neat, punctual, and courteous. It was a Saturday, which was an automatic $150 additional charge. That was ouchy.

They fixed my furnace.

I initially called to have someone come out and make sure our humidifier was working properly. We have not had the house that long and were not sure when it was last used. When I asked for pricing to do that he said he would just ring it up under a furnace cleaning. After I hung up I realized we had not yet had our furnace cleaned yet and should really have that done. I called back to have them clean the furnace as well and he said the price would be around double. I didn't know any different and had them come out. One guy cleaned the furnace and seemed to do a good job. The other guy (Chris) looked at the humidifier. He said it was working and replaced the filter. I asked why I would be charged for two services (because just changing a filter was something I could have done) and he said he would now just charge for the furnace cleaning. That seemed fair but I don't know what they would have charged if I was not down there watching?? I tried to learn about our humidifier and how it works (since my husband was at work) while they were there and Chris seemed to know what he was talking about....But that was not the case. He said we needed a new humidistat after then doing what I thought was a more thorough job of looking it over. But after they left I looked into prices elsewhere and found out I didnt actually need a new one I just needed a manual mode piece. I put the piece in myself, removed the sticker which was on wrong (he said it was on right) and put the dial back on correctly ( since he put it on wrong). It works just fine now. I called to ask him why he did not do all of those things (or at least advise me to) and he didnt have an answer. It made no sense to my why I did the work he is supposed to know. His response was and quot;sorryand quot;. Not good enough. Will not be using this company again. If I had not done my homework I would have just replaced my old humidistat unnecessarily and would never know that I was misinformed by a and quot;professionaland quot;.

They did a wonderful job. Chris was very honest, informative, and helpful as we decided upon a brand. Furthermore, he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and did an excellent installation.

Saved me a bundle of money by fixing my furnace, after another heating contractor insisted that I had to have a new one. In addition, he was on time for his appoinment, explained everything I needed to know, gave me an appointment quickly, returned with the needed parts on the same day. May be the most professional, honest, and just plain NICEST service person I have ever had in my home! Could easily have convinced me that I had to have a new furnace, but didn't even try.

Very disappointed in overall service. Will not hire again.

I have been pleased with him. Their prices are reasonable, and they always come out as soon as they can. He is very personable, and I have been happy with his work. The office staff is great as well.
