Capital Plumbing

It went VERY well. After being left high and wet by another company, Capital saved the day. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and went above and beyond to fix what the other company required of us. I didn't expect them to replace all that we removed (at the behest of the previous company), yet they did it without complaint, nor prompting by us. Definitely hire again and will recommend to anyone who needs such services.

I had a water heart failure that led to a huge amount of water all over my basement. I removed all the affected carpeting and started to call different plumbing companies in the area to see about getting a new water heater for replacement. Every company I contacted couldn't get to me for at least up to a few days if not the following week. Capital Plumbing called me after I posted my information and that I was looking for an emergency replacement due to the water heater failure. I was blown away by their responsiveness and rapid response to my situation. They crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. I would hire them again for any plumbing need I have. They also took a look at somethings and made recommendations without any pressure or coercion to do it. It was a great experience to work with them.

The servicemen arrived within a few hours of my call. They were courteous and efficient. In addition, they took the time to provide a few tips on how to avoid the situtation, again.

This company went out of their way to replace my hot water tank, explained the old one, have given me options and recommendations for the new one. They were very good, in and out in 2 hours perfect in everyway. I would recommend them for any plumbing services.

Joe and team are fabulous! I called the team at Capital and they were out the same day to snake out a basement drain that was backing up. They arrived, perfomed the job and called me when complete as this is a rental.  This is the 3rrd job these guys have completed for me. I have found my go-to plumber!

They were prompt with scheduling.  Bobby was extremely professional and offered great suggestions for the best way to engineer the job.  And they were in and out in about 3 hours.  Fantastic.  Will use them again.

They were the lowest price of anybody. They were quick and honest. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it on time. They did the job in a professional manner.

They were the 3rd company to come out but were first to use a camera. They were very nice, pleasant, friendly, and kept me informed. The price was one third of what my first estimate was. When the city inspector came by, I saw him smiling while looking at the job and talking to the boss. It's a good thing when the inspector smiles.

I'm very pleased with the job, especially since another company wanted three times as much to do the work.

It's going excellent for me overall. They always come on time and they're very helpful when I call them. They get the job done well.

My experience was excellent. The price was a little high, but they were okay. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

They were on time and very cordial and cleaned up their mess. They were very good. They worked their schedule in with mine and that was helpful.

They seemed to do the work pretty well. I wouldn't quite give them as high a rating because they underestimated how much work it was going to take. They had to come back and get a larger machine. Plus, they never leveled the back yard where they filled it back in. I would give them a C plus or B minus. We have had them come out before, and I guess we would try them again, but we will mention them not leveling out the dirt.

He always shows up on time, has the tools to do the job, is very polite and doesn't do anything that isn't required. He's always trying to save me money as I have him come out quite often with my tenants have problems.
