They do quality work, but they take forever to get the work completed. The specific person who is refinishing my door hasn't returned my calls. They have had my door for a month now.

Great. No issues. The temporary clamp worked fine up to the time of the replacement with a new spring.

Work completed on time in a workman like fashion on 10/23/2001. Replaced the bottom door seal and vinyl trim. Work completed in workman like fashion and timely fashion on 1/29/2004. Replaced failed gear n/c warranty.
