The tech was very knowledgeable and explained and showed me why it would be best to just winterize and secure the system for now and do the repairs in the spring when the system could be more fully tested. He drained the pipes in the basement more completely than any other service we have used and gave a more complete explanation than any other. I am a fan for life!!

The technician's approach to the buried sprinkler head was both creative and effective. Not only that, but it avoided any damage to the installed pavers. (N/A is indicated for price because previous experience with the company led me not to get bids on the work.)

We had two broken sprinkler pipes from garden work. I called Best Irrigation and they came promptly to fix it. This company is amazing in its service. They may not be able to come to you immediately but they get there faster than anyone else I've used before. Most importantly, the just pay attention to what should be fixed rather than what else they can gouge you for. I've used this company for the last three years. Every time I ask them to change one thing or the other, they advised me against frivolous changes and did only repairs that were necessary. This company is the best!

I have used Best Irrigation for a few years. I continue to use them because they are nice and do a great job. Taking time to adjust each zone and add additional heads in new beds I have made as well as replacing heads that have gotten damaged in the winter.

Usually, I do the spring start up myself. I had 3 stations not watering properly before winterization hence I had taken a decision to hire a company and spend $$ for spring start up so that I will get all the sprinkler heads adjusted by a professional. 
I have 11 stations. They showed up on time and finished the work in 10 min. Start up just meant turning the water on and checking if there were any leaks. They really did not do any adjustments on the sprinkler heads. did not really check for arcs of the sprinklers etc. They charge 60$ as basic fee for 8 stations and $5 for each additional station. It's all meaningless if you don't take time and adjust each sprinkler meticulously so that the yard coverage is proper. Very disappointed. The lady on the phone was very rude & unprofessional when I called to complain about the work. 
Stay away from the company.

They seemed honest and the prices are fair. They also send out good people.

The service person did the job correctly and was professional. But later when I called the office to enquire about the pricing of the replacement part, the receptionist at the office was extremely rude and yelling over the phone all the time. The most shocking part was her abruptly hung up the phone in the middle of me trying to tell her something. I will not use them again.

I spent $555 for the winterization. They respond very fast. They usually pick up the phone. I didn’t do it the same day, but they offer same day services. They are also very professional and their cost is very reasonable.

From start to finish a great experience.

Our garden maintenance people cut through a couple of sprinkler hoses in the flower beds. While wanting to have it fixed immediately, I didn't want to call the older sprinkler service (the most prominent in the area!) because of past experience. I checked the Best Irrigation on this list and called them. Their response, professionalism, service, and speed are outstanding. The cost I listed is my estimation because they wanted to send the bill later. But for the service, I wouldn't mind paying twice that. As long as they are in business, they have my sprinkler service!

Very pleasant experience.  They took their time to explain everything that needed to be fixed and did not overcharge.  There were items that we were willing to pay for that they told us were unnecesarry (who does that?).  They also gave us tips for caring for our lawn (frequency of watering needed as well as length of time).  It can be difficult to find honest, hard working contractors.  We will definitely be using them every year and recommending them to our friends.

Wonderful experience dealing with them. They spent almost 2 hrs fixing the system and then totally explained how to operate it fully, and how all the zones worked. This was important as we never had a sprinkler system before buying this home and the broken system included.

It's a small company. I used them again because they had fixed some sprinkler heads in June and charged me $20.00 or something close to that. They are excellent. The price is very reasonable. They usually pick up the phone. You can schedule the appointment probably in the same day. The person that came over to the house was very nice and very polite and got the job done. The price is just very reasonable. They are very professional.
