Great work. Mike came by and gave us a quote on new siding for both home and garage. Looked up with BBB was given good reports. He answered all our questions and included proof of all insurances for himself and his workers. Mike knows all his products and what to recommend. They promised a good product and the delivered on their promise. Workers were very polite and were very professional. We would highly recommend American Accents in troy, MI for any of siding work. Friendly, quick, professional, very competent and they cleaned up after they were done.

If Mike say's his team will be there at 8am, it means they will be there early setting up so they can hit the ground running at 8am. From the first time we called for a quote to the end of their service (installation of the windows) everything went very smooth. Mike was very pleasant to talk to and work with. He gave us an amazing quote compared to his competitor. Even though we could not get our windows installed right away due to the pandemic, when our windows did come in, he gave us a call and the soonest dates that the windows (we got our whole first floor windows installed) can be installed. On the installation day, Mike gave us a heads up on what time they were coming. His team laid out tarps throughout the house so they can walk around with their shoes on. I appreciate that very because im asian and don't wear shoes in the house. They came in at around 9am and worked until 4pm. Everything was installed in one day and we are very happy with the end results. I recommend them to my friends and family already and will be using them in the future for my front door and sliding patio doors.

He got exactly the color siding I wanted and his guys got the job done (large 2-car garage and addition on the back of the house) in a day. The front of the house is being remodeled now and I will definitely have American Accents to do the rest of the house.

Mike provided a comprehensive, written quote after visiting to clarify the job and take measurements. We had the entryway door and storm door replaced which included a side lite feature and we also had two large windows in the living room and master bed room replaced. Mike's bid was competitive and the high quality materials made the bid the best value. The made to order windows and door were installed 10-days after the order was placed and Mike kept us informed so we could coordinate installation. Clean-up was great!
