most of the concrete cracked or lifted within a year. their contractors, and they use bad one's, didn't have the right equipment to do the steep slope of the roof so they slid down the roof onto the new shingles putting slide marks across the new shingles where they slid. no replacement there at all. we had 2 contracts with them one for concrete and one for a garage to be built and to do the roof of the house. they were to tear off the old shingles and repair the roof because of a roof leak. all they did was to apply a second set of shingles to the roof...(the roofer almost went thru the hole that they recovered with shingles) then as they switched from the guy who discussed everything with us to the "manager of the job site" he claimed to not know anything about it. scam all the way. a tear off was costing $3.000.00 I was told when signing the contract and even tho they didn't do it all they wanted to give us back was $500.00. they then combined the 2 contracts into one w/o my permission and said since we fired them we don't get the warranty for damaged concrete that we did pay for and did not get back... scam, scam, scam

Work was done exactly how I envisioned it. They did not stop until the work was completed. We will be using Allstate for future projects.

The contractor Jim Bartoletti & sub-contractor Al Kretchmam were great to work with. Both kept us informed at all times of what to expect in the construction process. Jim stopped by frequently to check on the progress of the sub-contractor.  Ai would gave us daily updates on the progress of the project. There were a few glitches along the way, however, Jim & Al solved them in a speedy and professional maner. The project took longer than expected, however the end result was great. We will have these guys due future projects for us.

Excellent communication, follow up and workmanship. Everyone was very good to deal with and were really concerned that we were happy with the work completed. Owner Jim Bartoletti was involved throughtout the project.   I would definitely recommend them, and in fact plan to use them again for updates to our kitchen.
We did use them for some of the work in the kitchen, but thought some of the prices quoted were really high. Got several more quotes and chose another company who did an outstanding job at almost half the quoted price.

We actually contacted Allstate Construction because we saw a house in our area that was having a dormer built, and after it was done I stopped by and spoke to the people who lived there. Told them we were looking to have a dormer built and wanted to see what they thought. They were very happy with their new dormer and Allstate.
We didn't want the standard dormer added, we wanted it bigger than the others we had seen. We had them build a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, two other standard size bedrooms, and a full bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub and separate stand-up shower). This was a huge job to have done, so they were here every day for a few weeks. They were always very respectful and conscious of trying to let us keep the rest of the house as usable as possible. They did a great job, got it done within the estimated time they had given us. We were extremely satisfied with Allstate.

Last job was mold remediation in attic and replaced all insulation and new drywall in ceiling

His price and promptness were good. He is a Christian and advertises that on his business cared.

a) estimate was incorrect.  needed to add a second A/C and furnace for 2nd floor.b) they forgot to put in the attic access. We had to remind them to do so.c) tub drain leaks within wall. We found that they had not tightened the drain connectors.  The connection was also at an angle which put stress on the connections.d) headers were misaligned to wall studs causing sheetrock to crack when screwed in to place

I just ended up not doing the projects, but they were fine.

They came when they said they would come. They were prompt, courteous and did the work in a very timely fashion. They also worked beyond their time limit on a few days to finish up. They also cleaned up once the job was done. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

My garage burnt down and they were very quick about coming out. They gave me an estimate on the spot. They were thousands dollars less than anybody. I really liked them but they took forever. It took from September to June.

This project was supposed to take a week, but it took 3 weeks. I was expecting at the time, so my husband and I decided to stay somewhere else until the job was finished. This was very inconvenient for us. We also wanted to make sure the job was up to code according to the permits, and they drug their feet on that issue, as well. They had somehow shut off the dehumidifier, so it took a lot longer for everything to dry. I would call someone else besides them in future.

THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS QUICK. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

ALL STATE CAME TO OUR HOME RATHER QUICKLY, AND GOT THE JOB COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS UNBELIEVABLE, CONSIDERING THE PRICE THAT WE WERE CHARGED. THIS IS JUST A GREAT COMPANY.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. IT ONLY TOOK THEM A FEW WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WORKED VERY HARD. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR HOME.

WE THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY HELD UP THEIR PART OF THE CONTRACT BY DOING IT ALL AND FINISHING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ARRIVED ON TIME EVERY DAY.
