All Seasons Sunrooms Plus

Initially I wanted them to come out to look at my skylights.  The secretary said it will be $100, I said no, the skylights were guaranteed for life, we went back and forth and finally I decided to pay them.  They came out and inspected the roof and skylights.  I wanted to replace one of the skylights with a sliding glass window as well.  They installed the glass skylight, tapped off some of all of the skylights and where the sunroof touches the back wall of the addition.  They peeled back the existing seals and replaced with new all-weather stripping.  After the first rain, two of the skylights were leaking.  They came out twice to repair it.  In September, some of the other skylights began leaking.  I scheduled the work to be done, the secretary scheduled a repair, I then took time off, but they never showed.  I called them and the secretary said she had cancelled the service call because I didn't need it.  This upset me because I had taken time off work to have this done, then without warning they cancelled the service call.  We did get into a shouting match that ended in the secretary hanging up on me.  I called back and spoke to the owner, he said he will come back out to fix it (weather permitting), yet I never heard from him.  Since then some snow built up and again began leaking.  I now have to go up and clean off the snow from around the skylight so it does not leak.  They are a very difficult to deal with it.  They basically said that they are old skylights what do you want us to do, you need a new roof.  I wish they would have told me that in the beginning before they took my money! They do some good work, but they are very difficult to deal with overall.
