I was really impressed with them. I don’t remember the price of it but it was cheap. The workers were great and very helpful. They were very good. Their responsiveness was wonderful. It was right away and immediate. They were wonderful.

These guys are down to earth and professional at the same time. Truly a delight to work with. They know their business and are out to provide maximum value. If you just want batteries replaced go to any local jeweler. If you want to buy good jewelry, or get it appraised go to Alan James. I feel confident you will be glad you did.
