Action Collision provided excellent service! Their staff is friendly and very helpful. At what is usually a horrible time for most people - to be without their vehicle and dealing with insurance adjusters and reps, the staff is understanding and compassionate to your situation. They are awesome!

Both the Body Work and Paint were Outstanding. I was kept aware of cars status, on a timely basis. All aspects of the exterior repair were absolutely invisible, to my very fussy inspection. I had had an issue with road salt beaten into the drivers side carpet, from the original owner. I was never able get rid of it. When I got in my car to leave, I realized that it was gone, without a trace. That required a return to inside, and a major compliment to the staff.

Great! The receptionist was so funny and charming. She made my day. She was a calming influence during a **** storm. She made me tea from her own personal tea bag selections. She went over and above the regular greeting of customers.

My car was pretty banged up in an accident. I called them and they were comforting and relaxing over the phone, while I was upset. They got my car towed in, an estimate done and my car repairs done immediately. 
I was updated along the way on the progress of my car.

Insurance company called them and then the called me to set up a date to buy the car in. for estimate and we set a date for repairs and the were early on their est time for pick up and my car looks like new. Mike and the office ladies were awesome.

from the time i went there to get an estimate, to the time i dropped off the rental there and picked up my car, i had a great experience. the staff (mike and maria, i think their names are) were wonderful. they took care of the necessary phone calls, paperwork and even offered to take care of getting the rental car. when i went to pick up my car, on a saturday, mike was there. the car looked brand new again. not only did they do the collision work and dent repair, they cleaned out the inside and outside of my car. it truly looked like a brand new car. and, on an added bonus was, i had a small spill in the rental car in the drink holder. i asked mike if he had a towel so i could clean it up. he said not to worry, that he would take care of it. great job all around. hopefully, i won't be in any car accidents soon but if i do, i will definitely go back there and recommend them to friends and family.

This was the second time I had to have body work done on my car. Action did such a good job the first time, I decided to take it to them again. Mike walked me through the whole process explaining every step. He explained how they would remove the door handles and other hardware so the paint would not peel in time if they only taped around it. They use factory replacement parts, if necessary. They returned the car in excellent condition with a promise of a free clean and wax job on the repaired portion of the car after 30 days. My insurance covered the cost of the repair and Action dealt directly with them. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up when it was done.

After a front end "fender bender" our car was towed to Action Collision. The owner walked us through the estimate to repair the damage and explained every item and the action plan for parts and labor. He also suggested other repairs (not tied to the accident) that his shop could take care of while the car was in service. He explained where the technicians would have to spend the most time (procuring parts and painting). We received a weekly progress report via phone. We were able to ask questions and have them answered. A last minute glitch with the airbag and seat belt sensors sent our car to the dealer for further analysis and repair. The owner explained what was happening and why it was best to have it repaired by the dealer (the car was still under warranty and any outside adjustments could jeopardize that status.) The car was returned clean and perfect. I was truly amazed at the final product. Since there was new paint, the shop couldn't polish the car and offered to do it after the 30 day paint curing time was up. Their work has a lifetime guarantee.

When I arrived, Marie went over the car and inspected the damage, taking note of defects in the paint and finish on non-crash-damaged parts of the body so they would know they were there beforehand. She definitely made me less jittery about the whole affair. It was a Monday that I dropped the car off, and on Wednesday night I received a call that they were done. I don't know how on earth they got the replacement parts so quickly, let alone installed, but they did, and it looked as good as new. I picked the car up first thing Thursday morning. The itemized bill shows how thorough they are with these repairs, this is not a place that messes around or cuts corners. They came highly recommended to me a year ago when I had to have some other auto body repairs, and I immediately embraced their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about them. I've never really shopped their prices around, so maybe they're not the cheapest.
