Fantastic. Tim thoroughly inspected areas in which my FHA Appraiser had issues with and wrote up a report with pictures to show that I had addressed and remedied the situation. My mortgage company had an issue with the way part of the report was worded and Tim updated my report for me even though our business had already been concluded. I truly felt Tim was a life saver since I was under the pressure of a strict guideline and he was able to handle everything for me very quickly. He went above and beyond to help me.

Tim was very professional, friendly and understanding. He always answered his phone and was extremely thorough in his home inspection. He took many photos and gave a very detailed report. He was very considerate of our time-frame and emailed me the report the very next day. I would use him again in a heartbeat for future home inspections and other needs.
