Phil was professional, prompt with his quote, and gave us a senior discount. Carolyn and Ramona were hard working and friendly. They did a very good job. I would hire this company again.
Initially, I was hesitant to use this company because it took three days for the owner to return my call. He apologized and explained that they were super, super busy, and he was so nice, I decided to give Mops and Muscles a try.
They came out about a week later and did a very good job on a very big job and were extremely nice people. Plus, knowing that I was handicapped and on a fixed income, they did some work without charge. (I am so very grateful.)
Unfortunately, I had called one of the two owners twice after the project was complete, as I wanted to tell him something job-related, and, unknown to him, give some additional work to their company; but my calls were not returned. Poor communication is the one downfall of this firm, otherwise, they're aces. Once that communication thing is resolved, you couldn't ask for better owners or crew. Hard-working, honest and likable and I would hire them again.
We have not found a cleaner who takes pride in their work, let alone seems to enjoy cleaning as a profession. They, eventually, simply show up, do as little as possible, and leave.
I rate the service as a "C" overall because they ended up being just another average , for this area, cleaner.

Response to inquiry was prompt, Phil came out to assess and the cleaning was performed in the same week. The ladies did a great job, the renter and her pets had left a mess. They cleaned the moldings, casings, cabinets, appliances, windows, light fixtures and window treatments. Finally felt ok to walk in to the place and finish the painting to get it ready to rent again.

I contacted the company via email and the owner Phil responded within 24 hours. Phil was professional, timely, provided a very detailed proposal, offered options and communicated expectations effectively.
The day of the service his crew showed up on time. His crew were kind and hard working people. The type of people you feel comfortable leaving in your home.
At the end of the day the house was spotless, the cigarette smoke smell was greatly diminished. I didn't expect all the smoke smell to be completely gone. It still needed time to air out. But the cleaning did go beyond my expectations as far as how much of the smell was gone. I was thrilled. Plus there was not a cobweb to be found in the basement nor a speck of dust in the garage. It was a big job. They finished it on time (1 day) and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work and customer service. The products they used were very effective yet did not leave the house full of fumes, which something I was concerned about.
