Mops & Muscles Complete Cleaning LLC

Reached out TWICE to contact this company with absolutely no response. Waited 2 days in between calls to give the second chance, and still no response! Very disappointing! I’m not sure how you run a company like this!

This was a extremely challenging job! They had to deep clean EVERYTHING! The walls, ceilings and floors had not been washed in 30 + years in a smoker's house and Brenda and her team did wonders! I am very surprised that they could make such a difference.

Phil was professional, prompt with his quote, and gave us a senior discount. Carolyn and Ramona were hard working and friendly. They did a very good job. I would hire this company again.

Phil and his crew are prompt in returning all calls and working around any scheduling issues my family had with weekly cleaning. The team cleans the house weekly and worked to keep the family home in good order. No issues with work quality nor with the team showing up as promised, love arriving to a clean home!

Phil's response was always fast and he ensured the job was done well. I will use them again.

Initially, I was hesitant to use this company because it took three days for the owner to return my call. He apologized and explained that they were super, super busy, and he was so nice, I decided to give Mops and Muscles a try. They came out about a week later and did a very good job on a very big job and were extremely nice people. Plus, knowing that I was handicapped and on a fixed income, they did some work without charge. (I am so very grateful.) Unfortunately, I had called one of the two owners twice after the project was complete, as I wanted to tell him something job-related, and, unknown to him, give some additional work to their company; but my calls were not returned. Poor communication is the one downfall of this firm, otherwise, they're aces. Once that communication thing is resolved, you couldn't ask for better owners or crew. Hard-working, honest and likable and I would hire them again.

Phil , the owner, is a nice guy. The crew started out good , but quickly degenerated into taking short cuts, skipping or forgetting to clean things, etc. They have a one page list of cleaning duties that they check off when they give you the bill. This was obviously not working, so I made my own list for my particular house. I called Phil and they used my list for my home. They still skipped things, and checked off things that were not done. We have not found a cleaner who takes pride in their work, let alone seems to enjoy cleaning as a profession. They, eventually, simply show up, do as little as possible, and leave. I rate the service as a "C" overall because they ended up being just another average , for this area, cleaner.

Response to inquiry was prompt, Phil came out to assess and the cleaning was performed in the same week. The ladies did a great job, the renter and her pets had left a mess. They cleaned the moldings, casings, cabinets, appliances, windows, light fixtures and window treatments. Finally felt ok to walk in to the place and finish the painting to get it ready to rent again.

They do a very thorough job.

Every very inch of the house was affected by smoke and minimal upkeep over the years. When I took magnets off the fridge that were left behind, the areas behind the magnets were very light yellow compared to the surrounding area of the yellow nicotine stained white appliance. Needless to say it was bad. I needed someone to come in and basically do smoke remediation and very deep cleaning. I contacted the company via email and the owner Phil responded within 24 hours. Phil was professional, timely, provided a very detailed proposal, offered options and communicated expectations effectively. The day of the service his crew showed up on time. His crew were kind and hard working people. The type of people you feel comfortable leaving in your home. At the end of the day the house was spotless, the cigarette smoke smell was greatly diminished. I didn't expect all the smoke smell to be completely gone. It still needed time to air out. But the cleaning did go beyond my expectations as far as how much of the smell was gone. I was thrilled. Plus there was not a cobweb to be found in the basement nor a speck of dust in the garage. It was a big job. They finished it on time (1 day) and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work and customer service. The products they used were very effective yet did not leave the house full of fumes, which something I was concerned about. Great company, great people, great results.

They have been doing the work for about a year. They do my entire house for $105. They have workers that are very friendly. They have everything taken care by their business. They are on time. They are very professional.
