KINCAIDE CONSTRUCTION

I rented 2 dumpsters from Scott. His son Chad had them at my house on time. Scott the owner and two very polite hardworking guys were at my house taking care of business. They did everything I needed plus much more than I ever expected. I highly recommend Kincaid Construction.

Scott Kinkaid came out and looked at my roof and pointed out other issues that was starting to happen. Scott and his crew came out and repair them within a reasonable amount of time. Was real happy with his work and would recommend him.

I had a roof leak which was causing damage to my plaster ceiling. I contacted another roofer who said he repaired the leak but he did not. He came out again and failed again. I contacted Scott and Scott looked over my roof was able to identify the cause of the problem and made the necessary repairs. It has rained hard enough that if the leak was still there, my ceiling would have shown water damage. There is no sign of a leak. Scott is very thorough, professional and I can readily recommend him.

Scott Kincaide personally came out the very day I called and re-attached it for free! Also checked for any other potential siding issues (there were none) but put in a few extra nails just to be sure.

We were on a limited budget at the time.
Mr. Kindaide took that into accoutn and still provided a big improvemnt.
This $ 500ºº gutter assem not only solved my drainage problem at the time 
but was reinstalled by a different contractor at nearly no cost when the 
porch was remodled.

Met the owner (Scott Kincaide) a year ago but then decided not to proceed with the work (nothing to do with Kincaide Construction;  my continued employment was shaky due to the economy).   A year later met with Scott again and he agreed to honor the price from a year earlier.  Everything he told me was accurate about the job and about the work.  He did a walk through with his worker doing the actual work the day before to discuss what needed to be done and how they were going to do some tricky parts. His worker cleaned up every day and did a spotless final clean up. Very satisfied.  The quality of the work is high.   Completed on time.  My impression of Scott is that he is honest and a very hard worker.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY USED HEAVY TAB SHINGLES. THEY ALWAYS KEPT US UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK. THEY GAVE ME A TWENTY FIVE YEAR WARRANTY.
