They did a lousy job at placing the new fabric and reused some of our old mulch. The job looked good initially, but come the next year upon seeing weeds throughout, we discovered the lousy placement of fabric. Very disappointed!

I was a little disappointed but they also kind of did me a favor. They came out on Labor Day weekend last year so they did me a favor but then they didn't do everything they said they were going to do. I have mixed feelings about them. It was a big job because it was not the house I live in and it hadn't been done all summer. They did do me a favor by coming out there and doing it but then they charged me a lot of money. They didn't do everything they said they would do. I'm glad they came and did me the favor by doing it on a holiday but I'm not too happy that they didn't do everything they said they would do. I'm not totally unsatisfied. I paid $300 which is high even for the acre of land I have but it hadn't been mowed all year so I don't really know if that was a fair price. I didn't have them do anything that I had ever priced for, it was a lot of work so I really can't tell if the price was good or not. A lot of what they did was nice but the only reason I didn't give them a higher mark specifically is because they were supposed to re-whack down my gravel driveway and they didn't do underneath their truck or trailer so that left quite a big spot. They specially said they would move the truck or trailer and do it but they did a good job in the yard part. They fit me in a crunch and they did what they said by showing up that day. It took like seven phone calls to get it all done and they called me too so it wasn't just me calling them.

It is working out just fine for me. I pay them monthly and it costs about $27 a week; and they charge only when they come out. If it rains or they cannot come, they do not charge. Every time they come out, they record it and put an invoice at the end of the month. They are very friendly, helpful, and quick. They just work with the weather; I do not know when they will come. The kids love them; when they are done with cutting the grass they go and play basketball with them.
