At both times when I used him, he gave me a price but after the work was done, he told me it costs him a little bit more than that. He does an excellent job. The only problem is the extra money he charges.

"anytime the price goes up, is ONLY because on a roof, there is almost always hidden problems that HAVE to be done to beable to do a professional job! plus, if there is extras, i ALWAYS give a better price than if it's in the contract because i DO NOT like charging more! but sometimes that's the ONLY way to do it right. which is the ONLY way i like to do it!! Thank You"

Signed contract on 06/20/2011 with estimated installation on 07/20/2011, the door finally arrived on 08/10/2011 (not contractor's fault). Installation completed on 08/12/2011. A $200 addition charge for wood trim, could not use old trim, wouldn't fit.
